Работает хлебопечка довольно тихо, через время после замеса теста она пикает, что свидетельствует о том, что тесто начинает подходить. В конце выпекания тоже раздается сигнал.

Данная модель имеет 12 программ:

Чаще всего я пеку хлеб с помощью программы №1, время – 3 часа. Рецепт, который полностью меня устраивает был определен опытным путем:
· 2 стакана воды,
· 2 ч. л. соли,
· 2 ст. л. сахара,
· 2 ст. л. растительного масла,
· 4 ст. муки,
· 2 ч. л. сухих дрожжей.
Все ингредиенты засыпаются именно в этой последовательности, очень важно, чтобы дрожжи, соль не смешивались с водой. Хлеб в итоге получается похож на магазинный внешне, но на вкус намного лучше. Очень важно выбирать качественную муку и дрожжи (я использую Львовские сухие).

А еще в хлебопечке можно варить джем. Для этого тоже есть специальная программа (10). Вот мой рецепт, пока пробовала только этот:
· 4 зеленых яблока,
· 4 киви,
· 2 стакана сахара.
Яблоки нужно очистить от кожуры и семян, нарезать мелкими кубиками, тоже самое проделать с киви. Высыпать все в противень, сверху всыпать сахар. Программа рассчитана на 1.5 часа, но я включаю ее 2 раза, т. е. джем готовится 3 часа. На вкус это что-то нереальное, когда я принесла этот джем на работу, сотрудницы не сразу поняли из чего он)

Хлебопечка не только печет, но еще и готовит тесто для всего что вы пожелаете: вареники, чебуреки, пирожки, пицца. Причем готовый продукт получается намного вкуснее, чем если тесто замешивать вручную. Это очень облегчает жизнь и экономит время.
Сейчас я уже не представляю, как раньше могла обходиться без хлебопечки, практически каждый день пеку свежий хлеб.

Единственный, пожалуй, минус который я обнаружила — вал, на который надевается тестомешалка не имеет покрытия, поэтому тесто прилипает к мешалке, после извлечения хлеба на ней остается кусочек. Тем не менее, это мелочи. Я очень довольна этой хлебопечкой и всем рекомендую!

Отличная печка + проверенный рецепт обычного белого хлеба.

Эта печечка радует нас практически каждый день. Хлеб получается очень вкусным, не такой как в магазине. Дочка очень любит его есть просто так без ничего, а это о многом говорит.

Вкратце опишу вам её.

Можно выбирать зажаренность корочки – светлая, средняя, темная (на фото средняя).

Размер буханки можно выбирать – 700 и 900 грамм.

Есть отсрочка 13 часов, то есть можно на утро заказать свежий хлеб.

Есть также автоподогрев в течение часа, но я стараюсь сразу вытащить хлеб и не накрываю его до остывания, чтобы он не отсырел.

В комплекте идет мерный стакан, мерная ложечка (чайная и столовая), крючок и небольшая и не очень хорошая книга рецептов.

Недостатки печки (я их вообщем-то недостатками не считаю):

— нет подсветки дисплея;

— надписи и меню не русифицировано;

— короткий шнур питания.

По опыту скажу, что выпекаем мы обычный хлеб режим Basic и хлеб выпекается 3 часа.

Очень редко используем что-нибудь другое, так как есть риск просто испортить продукты если нет проверенного рецепта и вообще мне неохота возиться. Поэтому нет смысла переплачивать за более дорогую навороченную модель.

Вот рецепт белого хлеба (который на фото):

— подсолнечное масло 1 столовая ложка

— дрожжи сухие 1 чайная ложка (я беру Львовские в зеленой пачечке);

— 3 мерный стакана муки;

— 1 чайная ложка соли;

Сначала заливаем жидкость, затем сыпучие продукты. Старайтесь, чтобы дрожжи не смешались с водой или солью. Я делаю так – наливаю воду, масло, затем просеянную муку. В один угол сыплю соль, в другой — сахар, а посередине в углубление сыплю сухие дрожжи. Выпекаем на режиме Basic.

3. Ingredient sequence

The sequence of placing ingredients
